Returns

We offer free returns for items that are damaged or defective.

Faulty Goods – Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If your item is damaged or defective we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size being ordered. Each product page in our shop has a size chart, so please refer to this before ordering. We do not accept returns of sealed goods which have been correctly delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
